About Your Trainer

Hey future fitness fam! I'm Shaina.

My fitness journey started over 10 years ago with a lot of yoga and a handstand dream. Fast forward to today and that hand-standing determination led me on a journey of becoming a full time virtual trainer with a speciality in at-home workouts. My passion lies in functional, creative, and FUN fitness!

As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today!

My goal always is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement.

I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, health coaching, and yoga. I hope to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

I joined you in April and since then I've lost a good 7lbs, but also gained muscle in my legs and arms. All while snatching my waist! I work out 3-4 times a week and I'm getting stronger! What does a subscription get me?

Whether you choose a monthly subscription or an annual subscription, you get access to all of my workouts and programs on the app. There are no additional purchases necessary! You have a FREE week trial and can cancel at any time with no required commitment.

Can I get help once I am in the app?

Absolutely! Message me anytime with questions, concerns, or updates for me. The message button is in the top right corner of the app!

What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program that you start with! My programs range from no equipment at all to dumbbells to barbell work and more. So if you only have your bodyweight or a pair of dumbbells to start then you are all set to go!

Do you have a nutrition guide?

Yes! The nutrition guide can be accessed through the “Extras” tab on the app. I also have a small recipe guide with some of my favorite recipes that I make all the time myself.
